We’re almost ready to welcome you back…
Hello to all of our customers, we’ve missed you! We’re excited to announce that, following the recent government guidance we are preparing to open our Wendover store on June 15th (followed by our Marlow store in July). Here’s what we will be doing to ensure your visit to us is a safe and enjoyable experience.
LIMITED NUMBER OF GUESTS
We will be restricting the number of customers allowed in store at any one time. Once in store, there will be clear social distancing markers.
PROTECTING YOU AND OUR TEAM
We are supplying our team with disposable face masks to wear, and they will be available for our customers too if they wish to use them. Our team will also be wearing gloves when handling and steaming clothing.
HAND SANITISER
Hand sanitiser will be available in key areas throughout the store such as our entrance, till point and fitting room.
EXTRA PRECAUTIONS IN CHANGING ROOMS
All items tried on and not purchased will be steamed before being put back on display.
NEW CLEANING ROTATIONS
We will be deep cleaning the store before opening each day. Frequently touched areas such as our till point and changing rooms will be regularly disinfected throughout the day.
SAFE PAYMENT OPTIONS
We will be accepting card payments only to minimise physical contact. Our card payment machines will be sanitised after each purchase, and hand sanitiser will be available at our till point.
RETURNS
All items that have been returned will be steam cleaned and subjected to a 72 hour quarantine procedure in line with Covid-19 government guidelines.
