Marlow is open this Wednesday!!! We have missed you all so much!!!

Our Marlow store is opening on Wednesday with huge reductions across the range from 30% to 50% off. We’re looking forward to welcoming you back into the store for a safe and enjoyable shopping experience!

Here’s what you can expect to see in store when you visit us:

LIMITED NUMBER OF GUESTS

We will be restricting the number of customers allowed in store at any one time. Once in store, there will be clear social distancing markers.

PROTECTING YOU AND OUR TEAM

We are supplying our team with disposable face masks to wear, and they will be available for our customers too if they wish to use them. Our team will also be wearing gloves when handling and steaming clothing.

HAND SANITISER

Hand sanitiser will be available in key areas throughout the store such as our entrance, till point and fitting room.

EXTRA PRECAUTIONS IN CHANGING ROOMS

All items tried on and not purchased will be steamed before being put back on display.

NEW CLEANING ROTATIONS

We will be deep cleaning the shop before opening each day. Frequently touched areas such as our till point and changing rooms will be regularly disinfected throughout the day.

SAFE PAYMENT OPTIONS

We will be accepting card payments only to minimise physical contact.  Our card payment machines will be sanitised after each purchase, and hand sanitiser will be available at our till point.

RETURNS

All items that have been returned will be steam cleaned and subjected to a 72 hour quarantine procedure in line with Covid-19 government guidelines.

Hello to all of our wonderful customers and friends,

We have decided to temporarily close both of our stores to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.

However, it’s not goodbye, as we will now be offering a mail order service. Over the next few days we will be uploading photos of our favourite stay at home clothes to Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/brookes_wendover_marlow/) , so please give us a call or email (contact details below) if you would like to order anything.

In these uncertain times, we wanted to reach out to reassure you, that the health and wellbeing of our customers and staff are paramount.

We are maintaining the highest standards of health and hygiene in both our Marlow and Wendover stores.  Our amazing team are deep cleaning regularly throughout the day, paying particular attention to point of sale areas.  Thankfully they remain fit and well, but understand they must not come into work if they show symptoms, or have been in contact with someone who has.

Brookes opened for business as Curve in 2011, then as Brookes in 2015. Since then the business has grown with the support of a wonderful team, and a loyal and amazing customer base.  We are committed to remaining open, whilst still following all the recommended government advice.

If you are out and about in Wendover or Marlow, we would love to see you so please pop in to say hello! However for those of you who prefer to remain at home, we will be offering a mail order service, and we will send out another message in due course once the details are finalised.
